Bea Soriano owns Charlie!!

 I admire Bea Soriano’s looks and style. Lately, I discovered her entrepreneur side. Aside from her Twitter bio stating it, her friends’ tweets brought me to a discovery that she owns "Charlie", a local boutique which has 5 branches. They recently opened the 5^th branch in Robinson’s Galleria. He put up this business together with his boyfriend Eric Dee. That thought impressed me more! The couple prioritizes business matters because they know its importance.

When I first saw "Charlie", I felt the good vibe because of the ambience. The place is not too big but all the stands and gondolas are accessible. The store is filled with trendy and classy apparels including clothes, shoes, accessories, hats and bags.  Style sense and models are very impressive and catchy. For me, it is slight comparable to Forever21 but cheaper. The branch near in our school vicinity, Robinson’s Manila, is an excellent placement; more accessible to the students. 

My wishlist will definitely be filled of Charlie Clothing items! 

I get a fulfilling feeling whenever I cherish

What makes you get the fulfilling feeling? So yeah, we all have different likes and dislikes because we are all unique. I bet we all experience the feeling of being complete. It may be the time you accomplished something, a time when you made someone happy, a time when you were able to get what you want, anything depending on your perspective. 


This feeling makes you feel the good vibes, right? It's like you want to express your feeling at someone. Whenever we undergo to this happening, we tend to express, nothing's wrong with that. But do not forget to cherish that moment first, then release. Some people post a tweet or a status whenever they feel so happy. There are also people who write what they feel and to serve as a memories kept. 


I just read an article about memories that the more you are actively remembering something, the more moments, facts, memories you hold, the more happy thoughts will come. 


This may be one drive I hold. I cherish good memories. At the same time, I wait for them to  come. :) School year 2012-2013 is fast approaching. I'm really getting the most out of it. Whenever I do things to make the most of my summer vacation, I feel fulfilled. I know the upcoming school year will be tough so as much as possible I do everything I can do to enjoy this break. 

This weekend I got to spend a soothing night at a lovely place with the special people in my life. Moment cherished!

Sheer fabrics

I promised to post more of fashion blogs. So here it is. 

Sheer tops are so in right now. Aside from the comfortable feeling it gives, it looks good and chic. Perfect for summer vibes! Remember that you should consider the season suitability of  wearing apparels. You can carry your sense more if you're comfortable wearing it. Almost every shop has these sheer tops with different designs and styles. Take note, sheer fabrics are perfect not only in tops, they are good in skirts and other bottoms too. 

Who wouldn't love the nice designs? Knowing that you'll feel comfortable wearing it. :)

Last Saturday, we grabbed the chance to shoot ourselves wearing sheer tops just for the sake of blogging it! I should have took more of my outfits wearing sheer fabrics for this blog.

Fashion statement

Yes I do shop but I don't to it incredibly. I buy clothes and shoes that I can afford.

I have mentioned on my past blog posts that I am not that conscious when it comes to brand names.  In fact, I love buying fashions stuffs on bazaars and online shops which is  lighter for my pocket. :)

I love shopping but I am not an impulsive shopper, I shop when my wallet's feeling perfect for it. 

Actually, I am having thoughts on my mind about blogging about fashion styles. I know I am not that credible. 

But, I want to try! Let me, please? 

I want to show girls that fashion is how you carry your sense and styles. It is also how you appreciate your own style. Different perspective but same thought.  

Zebraaaaaa

Almost every girl has his zebra print instincts when it comes to fashion. The abstract design of this animal print is really captivating. It became popular since last year together with leopard prints stuffs. You can see animal print bits and pieces in all shopping places. 

This design stuns on every stylish girls. Agree?

I wore this cute zebra print shorts twice. My drawer always reveals this cute bottom. Guess where I saw this? SM Kids section! Baby girls today are really lucky to have experience these fashion trends!

Business matters

They say it is fulfilling when you earn money from your own efforts, which is very true. Proven! Business runs in our blood. We are all business minded persons. It does not mean that we just want to be a boss and we don't want to work for others. We just want to use our ideas and and stretch our brain cells (the word accidentally entered on my mind). Most of my siblings took up Business courses and my little sister is taking up BS HRM. I am the only one who's taking arts and multimedia -- Mass Communication. It's weird that I love business and I am into it. Here, I want to share a funny and cute childhood story. Me and my friends are doing a "little business" ever since. Yes, that's true! I am selling beaded stuffs (the ones I personally make) with my playmates and funnier thing is, we sell scrapped receipts from our printing press. Haha. Remember we play "office-offican", they use it as their receipts. Cute, i know right.

Two years ago, I entered the field I want in a little way. A friend invited me to sell her stuffs from her online shop. What I do is I post it on my Facebook, send group messages and simply tell my friends about it. There, I earn a little which gave me happiness. I didn't stop there. I pushed through. Another friend invited me to be her reseller and that gave me a big idea. I immediately accepted her inivitation, grabbed the oppurtunity. She was a contact lens supplier: Freshlook and Geo. I was just starting my college life that time that's why it became a bigtime business. I get from her, sometimes I meet her on LRT stations (imagine that!) which I admit I cannot do anymore or another way, she simply send my orders to our house. Because of my patience and perseverance, I was able to save money and  purchase my wants from my own savings. In fact I did not expect I can buy gadgets from my earnings. Isn't it cool? Anyway, so much for that! In short, I continued the business. It's still going on until now.

I launched my online shop sometime last year. I'm not sure with the date. Too bad I'm not that conscious about it. I was just bored that time and decided to sign up an account for my business. I named it as: Shoppable OnlineShop

What's for Sunday?

So yeah, Sunday is definitely a rest day and a time for God plus a time to relax and go out. (annoying "ands")

Sunday to wake up late.

Sunday to lay in the bed all day or

hangout the whole day.

I wake up LATE. I eat lunch with my family. I dress up. This is the day where I can allot 3 hours for dressing up. Exaggerated! But seriously, I have a couple of hours to choose what clothes to wear. A privilege, haha! I can also blow dry my hair up to the ends of it 'cause I must confess I can't do this during schooldays.

I just noticed my color for the 2 weeks is BLUE.

How come? ANYWAY..

Nail Pamperings

During my highschool days, I am fond of designing my nails like nail polish and nail arts by stomps and machines. Wait, I want to check all my folders to search for that long lost pictures.

Uhhh, wait..

FOUND IT!

The designs were all attention catcher. I used to save my baon for that, imagine! Ha ha! During that time, the  cheapest nail parlor is located at Harrison Plaza. I am not mistaken the parlor's name is Konad? The shop is owned by a Korean Guy or maybe he's the one managing the business. Forgive me I don't know too much about it. The manicurists there are very skilled. Do they master that job? Haha, 'cause I am impressed on how they touch nails and transforming it into a fastidious one. It costs only 150 pesos. Very cheap, right? I'm wondering if they're still there. It's almost 3 years ago since I visited them. There you can see different stuffs for nails like nail pens, glitters, stones, decals, fake nails and a lot more.

This was done by my sister, Nikka. 

My Masscom friends got bored in our class after the lecture. What did they do? They transformed the classroom into a salon. Funny and cute it is. I saw them doing the nail cracking polish. It was really awesome. 

 

Some of them are doing nail arts. Some are into simple polish or cutics. Busy bees for their nails. I was amazed with the idea of my friend named Regina (Hi Naf!!) Guess what she did. She decorated her nails using stomps of newspaper. Yes, broadsheet cut-outs. Too bad there's no picture. I find it very good! In fact, I want to do it on my nails. 

But first.. I tried this pretty nail decals which I bought from a tiangge. Very affordable!

Easy for her to do but for me it's a bit complicated since I am not good at it.

The final coating is colorless so it can stick well.

In a small amount of money, you can absolutely do something that can make your nails lovable!
